Le 26 janvier 2023, la Cour constitutionnelle a examiné les différents recours enregistrés après la proclamation des résultats des élections législatives. Les requérants ou leurs conseils avaient été écoutés à la barre, ainsi que les candidats visés par les recours.
Après les débats et les rapports, la Cour constitutionnelle a décidé de rejeter les sept (07) requêtes introduites par des candidats du parti Les Démocrates et du Bloc Républicain, demandant l’invalidation de l’élection de certains candidats. Retrouvez ci-dessous l’intégralité des 7 décisions.
